Introduction
HF-006 Customized High-Frequency Circuit Measurement System supports for RFIC (LNA/VGA/PA, mixer, switch, VCO/PLL, phase shifter, filter, etc.) measurement of S-parameter, linearity/non-linearity test, noise figure, phase noise, etc. Users may measure circuits by themselves at below 67GHz. Engineers are needed at over 67GHz. The table in Supplementary Information shows that circuit characteristics and frequency ranges that HF-006 system supports.

- 4 Port S parameter measure provide below 67GHz。
- 4 Port S parameter only provide 67GHz~110GHz, the probe only GSGSG by east to west 。
- 140GHz ~ 220GHz only provide 2 port S parameter measurement。
- ▲Mean the measure frequency range of 145-170 GHz (type :on waveguide)

儀器預約使用步驟說明
預約者進入TSRI首頁/量測服務/選取預約項目,登錄預約系統。- 【預約制】請依顯示可預約之畫面進行預約。
- 【排單制】送出申請單後,待確認量測需求後將透過系統進行排單日期通知。
- 請預約者按約定時間至本中心進行量測,避免資源浪費,無故未到者將依該時段最低收費時數進行收費。
- 預約者預約及量測完成後,透過系統將收到預約完成,審核與結案時數等E-mail通知,如期限內未提出異議,請在繳費期限內完成付費,若未收到信件者需與本中心進行確認。
- 實驗室內所有儀器、耗材使用後務必歸回原位,保持整潔,方便下位使用者使用。
- 所有儀器與耗材元件,於使用中若發生異狀( 損壞、遺失、特性或功能錯誤),需即時停用並告知實驗室管理人員處理。
- 實驗室電腦並無對外開放同學請勿自行操作,更無開放遠端連回訪客電腦,若有需求請通知工讀生或管理人員代為操作。
- 專人量測開放時間為上午 9:00~12:00與下午 13:00~17:00,中午休息時間實驗室將會關閉,請同學至中庭區休息。
- 實驗室內禁止吃東西及喝飲料。
- TSRI保留一切核准使用權利。
