Introduction
HF-015 This system consists of multi-port network analyzer, bias-T, frequency extender, driver amplifier (DA), isolator and harmonic tuner. Depending on the operation frequency of DA, this system can provide a measurement in the frequency range of 28 GHz to 110 GHz. By controlling the impedances of input and output tuner, it can measure load pull parameters, such as PAE, P1dB, Power gain, AM/PM and IM3. This system can also evaluate DUT performance under various 2nd and 3rd harmonic impedances.
Service
