Introduction

This system provides linear and non-linear characteristic measurement for coaxial or on-wafer components and circuits. The supported pa include S-parameters (10MHz to 67GHz), X-parameter (10MHz to 22GHz), RFIC parameters (10MHz to 20GHz), and load-pull parameters (800MHz to 67GHz).

【S-parameters】 - the two-port s-parameters from 10MHz to 67GHz.
【X-parameters】 - the two-port fifty-ohm X-parameters from 10MHz to 22GHz, the two-port non-linear non-fifty-ohm X-parameters from 800MHz to 6GHz.
【RFIC parameters】 - the gain, isolation, noise figure, p1dB, IIP3, phase noise parameters from 10MHz to 20GHz for low noise amplifier, down-converter, power amplifier, up-converter, oscillator.
【Load-pull parameters】 - the gain, p1dB, Pout, PAE, source-pull, load-pull from 800MHz to 65GHz for power cell, power amplifier.
【Noise figure parameters】 - the noise figure from 1GHz to 50GHz
